I GIVE UP!

Background History...I have tried 3 times to make home made chocolate icing like my Mama always makes. First time was for Jordyn's 2nd Birthday. The icing poured out on the cake just great and I was able to spread it all over. When it set it was like hard candy. Then I made it the second time for Joey's 30th Birthday party...people other than family at this party...It set in the pot and when I put it on the cake I could not spread it. I peeled it off the cake and warmed it back up just the have a MAJOR mess in the end. Tasted fine both times but it was not "like Mama makes." This time it looks like poo and is all crumbly. Tastes fine but looks awful. At least this is not to take somewhere. But I decided to show everyone my last attempt. I think the icing in the can will be my only icing from now on and I will let my Mama stick to the home made kind!
