2 cups cooked squash, mashed (I use 1 bag of frozen squash)
1 stick butter
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 large onion, finely chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cups cooked corn bread crumbs
1 bell pepper (optional)
Saute onions and bell pepper in butter until tender. If using frozen squash boil until tender. Mix all ingredients well. Bake at 375 until firm and light brown.
My corn bread recipe is:
3/4 cup cornmeal
1 egg
butter milk until it looks like pancake batter.
I cook it in a 8 inch iron skillet for 10 minutes on 425. Then I flip it and cook for additional 2 minutes.
Very tasty. I have added 2 cups of cooked chicken to this for an all in one meal. Enjoy!

The recipe sounds really good. I'm going to copy it and try it some time. Oh....I love the "cheerios" pictures. Next time Brooke comes down here, she'll have to show me how to do all that fancy stuff(getting pictures, music, videos, etc) on my blog site.
