Blah...

Sorry for the long non-blog time.  We have been so incredibly busy around here and it is just going to get busier.  To top that off I have been in one of those Blah kinda moods lately.  I should be happy because Spring is here...we get to dust off the flip-flops and head outside!  Lots of things are going on in lives around me that have brought my mood to a prayerful/sad/hurting mood.  But I know that our powerful Lord is in control so I am giving it to Him and continuing to lift the one's I love up to my Father.

I was in a wedding this past weekend for a friend that I have had since elementary school.  Angie is one of those friends that you always know you can count on.  She is so sweet and her wedding day went off without a hitch.  We were all so happy that she found that special person that she could spend her life with.  I pray that her and David's marriage is filled with God's blessings and that there home is focused on God's will for their family.  Those of us that have been married for a while know the importance of focusing on God first and our spouse second.  It is hard at times to keep that focus on the One who created marriage but the blessings that come from that are immeasurable!


Well, I am off to do what I do best...keep kids from killing one another and laundry!  I wonder if I could get a degree in these things?  I think I would have my PhD by now...
